At SubbaMart Exports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our leather products. If you have any concerns or issues, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at subbamart@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at subbamart@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping

To return your product, mail it to the address provided during the return authorization process. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
